iCampus is a Complete and User Friendly solution for managing a school. It has different modules which serves for different purposes of running a school efficiently. This web based software has 4 different Components.

Common Features for the above Components:

1) A School Web-portal

Info: A web portal is nothing but a website with additional functionality. In a school web portal you can give general information about the school, contact information. This feature/website design would be customized to your needs.


2) Community Forum module

Info: A community Forum is a place where people meet, but this is a online community forum where people can meet and discuss online. Here this feature
would be useful for students & teachers where they can share valuable information with each other which wouldnt be possible in a classroom.


3) Student Profile, Attendance & Academic Information module

Info:

A Student's attendance & Academic Information can be seen by Students, Parents, Teachers & Management. This data resides securely on our server and cannot be accessed by anyone who dont have the authorization to see it.

->Student Profile: This feature has General information related to a student like Name, Father's name, Contact information, PHOTO, Address, previous class performance.

->Attendance: This module displays attendance related the student.

->Academic Information/Progress Report: This module contains information about student's academic performance with graphical analysis of each
month. The graphs are generated by the our iCampus system using a students progress report.


4) Notice Board module

Info: Notice Board contains the events going on the school.


5) School TimeTable module

Info: This is a feature where everyone can access the School and Classroom Time Table.


6) Exam Schedule module

Info: The School Exam schedule/ Important Exam Updates can be accessed by everyone


7) Video Gallery module

Info: A student, Teacher, Management or Parents can upload/download video's related to the school. The management will have the option to approve or decline any video depending upon the content.

8) Chat System module

Info: A LIVE Chat System where everyone can chat.


9) Online School Library module

Info: A online library is a database of digitized books, articles, journals where one can read and also download particular book.


10) Class Syllabus module

Info: Class Syllabus contains the information about syllabus of each class from L.K.G to X


11) Photo Gallery

Info: This module contains SCHOOL related images. Ex: Annual day functions, Sports events, etc.,

Component Specific Features:

STUDENT:

1) Leave Application Module

Info: Through this module a student can submit leave application to the prinicipal.


2) Quiz/Assignment Module

Info: In this module a student can participate in quiz/Assignment prepared by teachers of the school.


3) School Email ID

Info: Every student will be given an official E-MAIL ID which can be used to communicate with teachers or other students. Ex: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it


4) Bus Schedule Information module

Info: The Bus timing's can be viewed by a student by accessing this module

PARENT:

1) Fee Details/Payment Module

Info: A parent can use this module to see the Fee payment Status of his ward.


2) Feedback Form Module

Info: A parent can post a feedback to teachers, management or prinicipal by using this module


3) SMS notification Module

Info: A parent will recieve an SMS from school, updating them about Student Attendance, Progress Report, School Events, PTA meeting, Exam Postpones, Annual day Invites, etc.,

4) Online Fee Payment

**Info: A parent can pay the fees to the school via credit/debit card.

TEACHER:

1) Quiz/Assignment Preparation module

Info: A teacher can prepare a quiz/assignment and invite students to participate.

2) School Email ID:

Info: Every teacher will be given an E-mail ID.

Ex: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

3) Attendance/report card creation/modification module

Info: A teacher can edit student profile and set attendance/progress report records.

MANAGEMENT:

1) EDIT module:

Info: This overall EDIT module gives access to management to edit ANY page/module in the software. This is a universal EDIT option to change/edit/delete any information regarding student, website, etc.,

**Note: Our company takes backup of school database every week. So even if the management deletes/modifies anything, we can backup the software and bring it the normal position before modifying/deleting the information. This is a unique feature of our iCampus Software.


2) BULK SMS MODULE:

Info: This module gives access to the management to send SMS to Staff / Parents about school notification's, attendance, etc.,


In addition to the above features, a separate "ADMISSION MODULE" will be available and school management can receive ADMISSION form's from
parents interested to join their wards to your school.
